Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before engaging with RBOS Fitment Company for any service, project, or consultation. By placing an order, making a payment, or entering into an agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to this policy. All transactions with RBOS Fitment Company are final and non-reversible.

Policy Overview

RBOS Fitment Company operates a strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy across all its services, projects, and engagements. Once a payment is made or a service agreement is signed, it is considered final and binding.

This policy applies to all types of services offered by RBOS Fitment Company, including but not limited to industrial fitment, structural assembly, mechanical installation, precision engineering, maintenance & retrofit, and project consulting.

Important: By engaging with RBOS Fitment Company and making any payment, you fully and irrevocably accept this No Refund and No Cancellation Policy without exception.

No Refund Policy

RBOS Fitment Company does not offer refunds under any circumstances whatsoever. Once payment has been received — whether full, partial, advance, or milestone-based — it is entirely non-refundable.

  • No refund will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, project delays caused by the client, or dissatisfaction with outcome estimates.
  • Advance payments, booking amounts, mobilization charges, and consultation fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Payments made for materials procurement, labour deployment, or site preparation cannot be refunded once initiated.
  • No refund will be granted due to force majeure, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Partial completion of a project does not entitle the client to a proportional or full refund of amounts already paid.
  • Refunds will not be processed due to delays caused by third-party dependencies, government approvals, or client-side access issues.

No exceptions: Refund requests of any nature — verbal, written, or legal — will not be entertained. All payments made to RBOS Fitment Company are final and non-recoverable.

No Cancellation Policy

Orders, service bookings, and project agreements with RBOS Fitment Company cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Confirmation may be in the form of a signed agreement, written approval, advance payment, or verbal acceptance documented by our team.

  • No cancellation request will be accepted at any stage of the project — before commencement, during execution, or near completion.
  • Cancellation requests submitted via email, phone, letter, or in person will not be honoured.
  • A client's inability to proceed due to financial constraints, business decisions, or unforeseen circumstances does not constitute valid grounds for cancellation.
  • Any attempt to unilaterally cancel an agreement may result in legal action for recovery of full project costs and damages.
  • Rescheduling of a project is subject to RBOS Fitment Company's sole discretion and availability, and does not constitute a cancellation.
  • Scope changes requested by the client after confirmation are not cancellations; they will be treated as separate additions and billed accordingly.

Zero tolerance for cancellations: Once a project is confirmed, RBOS Fitment Company mobilizes resources, personnel, and materials. Cancellation at any stage causes irreversible financial loss, which the client is fully liable for.

Upon confirmation, we immediately assign dedicated engineers, technicians, and equipment to your project, incurring real costs.

Materials and components are custom-ordered for each project and cannot be returned or reused elsewhere once procured.

Scheduling Commitments

Your project occupies a specific slot in our calendar, blocking other client opportunities during that period.

Third-Party Contracts

We enter into binding agreements with sub-contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners on your behalf.

Every project we undertake involves significant advance investment in manpower, materials, logistics, and planning. A cancellation or refund directly impacts our team and partners. We believe in long-term partnerships built on trust and commitment — and this policy reflects that philosophy.

Payment Terms

All payments made to RBOS Fitment Company are governed by the following terms:

  • Advance payment or booking amount is required before project commencement, and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Milestone-based payments become due at each stage as defined in the project agreement and are non-refundable once made.
  • Final payments are due upon project completion as per the agreed schedule, regardless of any disputes raised.
  • Any outstanding payments beyond the due date will attract interest and may lead to legal proceedings.
  • All payments must be made via the approved payment methods specified in the project agreement.

Chargeback Warning: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank does not override this policy. RBOS Fitment Company reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and pursue full recovery through legal means.

Dispute Resolution

RBOS Fitment Company is committed to delivering quality work and maintaining client satisfaction. In the unlikely event of a genuine service concern, the following process applies:

  • All service concerns must be raised in writing to info@rbosfitment.com within 7 days of project completion.
  • Our team will review the concern and respond within 14 working days with a detailed assessment.
  • Where warranted, RBOS Fitment Company may offer corrective work or service rectification — not a refund or cancellation.
  • Disputes cannot be used as grounds to withhold pending payments or demand refunds of amounts already paid.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, and governed by Indian law.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution and avoid any misunderstandings, clients are expected to:

  • Read and understand all terms and conditions, including this policy, before signing any agreement or making payment.
  • Provide accurate project requirements, site access, and necessary permissions at the agreed time.
  • Ensure timely payment of all dues as per the project agreement milestones.
  • Not request modifications that significantly alter the original project scope without written agreement.
  • Acknowledge that engaging RBOS Fitment Company constitutes full acceptance of all company policies including this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Policy Acceptance

By proceeding with any of the following actions, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Signing any service agreement, work order, or project contract with RBOS Fitment Company.
  • Making any payment — advance, partial, or full — towards any service or project.
  • Verbally confirming a project with our sales or project team (where documented).
  • Submitting a request for quotation and accepting the quoted terms.

Your acceptance is binding: Claiming unawareness of this policy after payment or agreement confirmation will not be accepted as grounds for refund or cancellation.
